I’ve only had this light for a short time, so I haven’t had the opportunity to fully put it through its paces yet, but my first impressions are very positive.
The form and function are excellent, and the number of different lighting options is honestly a little insane. One feature I originally thought was unnecessary was the ability to change the color temperature. After actually using it, I completely changed my mind.
Being able to switch from a bright, cool work light to a softer, more natural-looking light is a game changer for me. I can easily see myself using the brighter settings while working on something, then switching to the warmer light in a camping situation where you’re just sitting outside enjoying the peace and quiet or reading a book. The softer light makes that kind of use much more comfortable and enjoyable than having a harsh white work light shining at you.
The construction also feels extremely solid. It has a tough metal body and enough weight that it feels like it could take some abuse. The only downside to that weight is that I’m not sure how much I would trust the magnet when the light is mounted directly over my head! 😂 I’ll need to test that more before I have complete confidence in it.
If I could change one thing, I would probably replace the UV light with a laser pointer, or offer a model that includes one. In a work environment, I think being able to point out something on equipment, a ceiling, wiring, piping, etc. from a distance would be considerably more useful to me than UV.
Overall, though, I’m very impressed so far. It feels well built, has a ton of useful lighting options, and the adjustable color temperature turned out to be one of my favorite features.

I already have another HOTLIGH work light that I love, so I was excited to add this one to the collection too! I work on a ton of vehicles, both personally and for my business, and having good lighting is an absolute must.

One of my favorite things about this light is the swivel arm. It makes it SO much easier to position the light exactly where I need it and actually have it stay useful while I’m working, especially when trying to see into tight or awkward areas on a vehicle.

I also really like having all of the different light functions in one tool. Between the super bright LED, warm light, black light and the other settings, there’s pretty much an option for whatever I’m working on. The fact that it’s rechargeable is another huge plus, and the battery life has been great for what I use it for.

Overall, this has been an awesome addition to my tools and I’ve already gotten plenty of use out of it. I’ve been really happy with both of my HOTLIGH lights and would definitely recommend this one. Great quality, super useful and absolutely worth the cost!

I’ve been really happy with this work light. It’s super bright, has multiple lighting modes, and has been incredibly convenient to have around. I’ve used it while working on my vehicle and on camping trips, and it’s made a huge difference when lighting up my work area. The battery life has been solid, and the build quality feels great. Definitely a product I’d recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile portable work light.

Very impressed, I'm a flashlight junkie lol. Everything from Olights, Klarus, Nitecore, quite the collection. Can't say enough good things about Hotligh. So far I've bought 4. Packaging isn't the prettiest, it's not a fancy olight box but it's secure for shipping, however, you have that instant feel of quality when you take it out of the box just the same as a 150 dollar Olight. Fit and finish is 1st rate and function is spot on. Battery longevity has yet to be seen. You would never know you were holding a 25 dollar light in your hand. Feels everyy bit as nice as the expensive lights. And unlike the Wuben x4 (nice light but can't support it's own weight, 1st and last wuben i bought just because of the magnet), the magnets actually stick to a metal surface and support the weight of the light. Just as bright, just as nice as any of the high dollar lights out there.

Nice light, very bright and several useful modes. The only thing I don't like is the light wand itself gets HOT while in use...

The ABSOLUTE best light 💡 you won’t need any other light this one does it all.. We have 2 Jeeps a car and a truck and this light has come in handy for all four of them. It is so bright it lights up the night.. it is very durable. The battery life is perfect on it and it is extremely inexpensive for all that it can do and it’s portable. You can’t go wrong if you are looking for an amazing light to work on your vehicle vehicles or to be able to see something that you are looking for we lost a screw when we were fixing something in our car and if it wasn’t for this light, we would not have found it. It was laying in the engine bay somewhere. And we found it with this light.
